Integrated Business Guidance for MSMEs in Cirebon City is a Community Service Program (PKM) conducted over three days at the Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) campus in Cirebon. This activity is a collaboration between UCIC lecturers and students with the Office of Cooperatives, Small, Medium Enterprises, and Trade (DKUKMPP) of Cirebon City. The main focus of the guidance includes strategies to increase customer satisfaction, digital transformation, product packaging, and effective financial management to support MSME development. The methods used include interactive training, group discussions, case studies, and direct mentoring. Through training, direct mentoring, and experience sharing, this program aims to strengthen the capacity of MSMEs to face market competition and accelerate digital technology adaptation to improve competitiveness and business sustainability in Cirebon City. The results showed an increase in understanding and implementation of integrated business strategies expected to enhance the performance and welfare of local MSME actors.
